Shipping Policy
At Moon Shine Mani, each polish is handmade in small batches with care. Because of the handmade nature of our products, please allow time for your order to be processed before it ships.
Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days after purchase. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please note that processing times may be longer during new releases, sales, special events, or high-order-volume periods.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Once your package has shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and shipping service selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Shipping Availability
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. For orders shipped to Canada, any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been packed and shipped.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Moon Shine Mani is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you need help with an address issue, contact us as soon as possible at moonshinemanicontact@gmail.com.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been accepted by the postal carrier, Moon Shine Mani is not responsible for carrier delays, lost mail, or stolen packages marked as delivered. If there is an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier first. You are also welcome to reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist where we can.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at moonshinemanicontact@gmail.com and include your order number plus clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
Combined Orders
We may combine orders at our discretion, when possible, but this is not guaranteed.
Preorders
If your order contains any preorder items, your full order may be held until all items are ready to ship unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Weather Notice
Nail polish may be affected by extreme hot or cold temperatures during transit. Please allow your package to come to room temperature before opening if it arrives in very hot or very cold weather.
