Over the Toptober is a clear opal topper with four different shifting chameleon flakies, pink/green/unicorn shimmer, and pink/green/gold multichrome pigment to make your nails dance with rainbows.
This polish has comeback before as a 2.0 version, with more shimmer and more flakies but there has been a request for the original version to return so this is not a 2.0 formula.
This is a one batch release and will retire from the website when the batch sells out.
Each bottle is approximately 15mL and is an artisan handmade lacquer made by Phoebe Moon in Lehi, UT. Phoebe makes every attempt to keep the polishes uniform but due to small batch creation method some slight variations may occur.
These polishes are all cruelty free and 10 free products meaning they contain no Toluene, Formaldehyde, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde Resin, or Camphor, TPHP, Parabens, Xylene, Ethyl Tosylamide or Lead.
